2 Way Care is a Befriending and Loneliness Service for elderly, disabled, BAME residents in Gateshead. We believe the most vulnerable should not be lonely and unsupported, particularly with constraints of COVID-19. 2 Way Care can help you if suffer from mental and/or physical health problems and you are feeling isolated and alone.

We provide some respite, someone to talk to, someone to help with those chores or help you feel valued and not alone. Due to COVID19 restrictions, many of us can’t do things that we would usually do. 2 Way Care can provide support and help.
